HELP! 2017 Hyundai Elantra SE

By lukeduke13 at 2018-09-21 • 1 collector • 2058 pageviews

I really hope someone can help me. So... I just bought a 2017 Hyundai Elantra SE model. But the USB jack is only compatible with Apple devices n I have an Android device. I called "My Hyundai" n they told me that there is an update that I can download to a USB drive n install in the vehicle that would allow me to use my Samsung S9 via Android Auto. Unfortunately "My Hyundai" is having a problem with their system showing that my car is a GLS model and they were unable to send me the download link so I can install it on my flash drive... I'm hoping someone here can help me fix this problem or give me some advice on what I should/can do to make my Elantra SE android compatible.
